Swietelsky Magyarország Kft.

Project description: Drawing up a project plan and submitting application for the research of Swietelsky Magyarország Kft.

Task: A Swietelsky Magyarország Kft. was engaged in a research and development activity aimed at the use of glass waste in asphalt mixtures. In cooperation with Budapest University of Technology and Economics, our company drew up the project plan and submitted it to the RDI programme of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office for funding.

Solution: We worked out the technical questionnaire and the related scientific issue. We prepared the application documents which we submitted within deadline.

Result: We managed to apply for a non-refundable grant for the project with a total cost of HUF 235,457,860.

Dorsum Zrt.

Project description: Performing project management tasks of R&D project of Dorsum Zrt.

Task: The newest development of Dorsum Zrt. is the creation of an integrated unified and global customer relationship management system. The project will take a year and a half for which our company deals with the project management tasks related to the grant.

Solution: For the implementation period of the project we undertook continuous risk management and regular project tracking in addition to tracing the planned budget and the professional achievements.

Result: The cost of the project covered by the grant is HUF 217,223,794, whose project management activity is successfully running.

W.UP Szolgáltató Kft.

Project description: Drawing up a project plan and submitting application for the innovative development of W.UP Szolgáltató Kft..

Task: W.UP Szolgáltató Kft. aimed at the development of a cloud authentication service through an innovative development. As a result of this development, an online integrable service became available that provides a properly secure authentication on the market of wearable devices. Our company found the appropriate aid scheme and developed the content of the project to be compatible with the aid.

Solution: We participated in the planning and preparation of the project. In order to defend the innovation content, we prepared and submitted the documentation for patentability search to the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.

Result: We successfully tendered and won a non-refundable funds for the project with a total cost of HUF 250,016,182.

Effective Group Zrt.

Project description: Drawing up and submitting R&D application for the development of Effective Group Zrt.

Task: Effective Group Zrt. aimed at the development of the complex system of vehicles subject to route permit providing automated control environment. Our company searched for the Call programme providing non-refundable funds for the project, and submitted a proposal.

Solution: We prepared the grant application for the call of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office, and we submitted the project for patentability search to the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office.

Result: We received a non-refundable fund with a total cost of HUF 183,606,486 for the project.

Profibaustoffe Hungária Kft.

Project description: Gaining grants for the R&D project of Profibaustoffe Hungária Kft.

Task: Profibaustoffe Hungária Kft. aimed to develop facade plaster with closed-cell perlite pearls. Our company prepared the budget estimate and business activity related to the project. We found the call notice providing funds for the project.
Solution: Our colleagues prepared the documents related to the Call, and submitted it to the grant scheme of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office.

Result: We managed to gain the required funding for the project with a total cost of HUF 159,360,074.

Polaritás-GM Kft.

Project description: Polaritás-GM Kft.

Task: Polaritás-GM Kft. started the development of a competitive IT system based on a timing matrix. Our company searched for the call for tender matching the project, and submitted the application.

Solution: Our colleagues prepared the documentation and budget estimate related to the grant.

Result: We managed to gain the required funds for the project with a total cost of HUF 134,858,464.

Hungaroplant Kft.

Project description: Carrying out project management tasks for R&D project of Hungaroplant Kft.

Task: Hungaroplant Kft. implements projects through an R&D development for the breeding and growing of frost-tolerant acacia species and the creation of long blooming plantations. The project will take two years for which our company deals with the project management relating to the grant.

Solution: For the implementation period of the project we undertook continuous risk management and regular project tracking in addition to tracing the planned budget and the professional achievements.

Result: The cost of the project covered by the grant is HUF 273,860,000 whose project management activity is successfully running.

Bedeco Kft.

Project description: Drawing up and submitting R&D policy application for the development of Bedeco Kft.

Task: Bedeco Kft. carried out a development project by developing and producing healthier and higher-quality functional food and food supplements. Our company made a budget estimate and performed the tasks for the preparation of the tender, and searched for the adequate grant scheme..

Solution: We participated in the planning, technical development and coordination of the project. We submitted the grant application to one of the calls of GINOP Priority 8.

Result: We managed to gain the R&D voucher for the project with a total cost of HUF 3,868,800,000.

Colas Hungária Zrt.

Project description: We sought an appropriate aid scheme for the project of Colas Hungária Zrt, and we claimed non refundable funds for this.

Task: The aim of the research of Colas Hungária Zrt. was to develop asphalt mixtures which have a longer lifetime than the currently known and used ones by adding them special additives different from what are usually added. For the project of Colas Hungária Zrt, we searched for an appropriate grant scheme and we applied for the aid.

Solution: We submitted a proposal for RDI programme of the National Research, Development and Innovation Office for funding. We assisted our client in working out the specialised material related to this.

Result: We managed to claim a non-refundable funds for the project with a total cost of HUF 191,981,548.

Equip-Test Kft. (1)

Project description: Drawing up a professional plan and making a budget estimate for the project of Equip-Test Kft.

Task: The aim of Equip-Test Kft. was to design, built and put automated In-Line Handler equipment on the market. Their development follows the industry’s digital objective 4.0. We were commissioned to make a professional plan and budget estimate. In addition, we were asked to make a schedule for the implementation, then to support the implementation of the project.

Solution: We participated in the planning and preparation of the project, which was followed by intensive meetings during which the project’s professional content was made.

Result: We managed to claim a non-refundable funds for the project with a total cost of HUF 527,971,923.

Equip-Test Kft. (2)

Project description: Searching for Call ID for the capacity-expanding project of Equip-Test Kft.

Task: During the project of Equip-Test Kft, a capacity-expanding equipment procurement was carried out which significantly improves the company’s technological preparedness. Via Credit was commissioned to search for the fund scheme related to the investment, and to submit a Call.

Solution: We gained IFKA prequalification to enter the Gazelle programme. We successfully applied for GINOP-1.2.7 Call.

Result: We managed to claim a non-refundable funds for the project with a total cost of HUF 278,089,079.

Kerox Kft.

Project description: Drawing up a project plan and searching for a Call for the R&D development of Kerox Kft.

Task: Kerox Kft. aimed to develop insert for single-control mixer taps and to start its mass production, which provides the users and the taps manufacturers with easy handling and elegant design. Our company prepared the project plan that meets the requirements of the supporter, and submitted the Call to the funding scheme of National Research, Development and Innovation Office..

Solution: We participated in the planning and development of the project as well as the preparation of the professional plan, and we cooperated with the employees of Kerox Kft.

Result: We managed to gain the required funds with a total cost of HUF 462,769,597 for the project.
