The DIMOP Plusz-1.1.2.B call targets corporate digital R&D developments, supporting businesses in implementing independent or consortium-based digital RDI and market entry projects with market potential and a likelihood of return on investment. Companies can apply for funding of up to 250 million HUF!
The planned budget is 28 billion HUF, with 5.27 billion HUF allocated for projects implemented in Budapest.
Within the framework of the call, only small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can apply for non-refundable support independently. As consortium members, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large corporations, can be involved—the consortium can have a maximum of two members. The grant amount can be up to the value of each member’s equity.
Only digital research and development projects that aim to develop new software products and/or services using advanced digital technologies are eligible for support. These projects must have an innovation component that falls into one of the following categories:
- Software development (NACE 58.2 Software publishing)
- ICT services (NACE 62 Information technology services)
- Data processing (NACE 63.1 Data processing, web hosting, internet portal services)
- Telecommunications (NACE 61 Telecommunications)
Who Can Apply?
Applications can be submitted by business entities that meet the following criteria:
- small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- have at least 3 full (365-day) closed business years
- had a minimum of 5 employees in the last closed business year
- the total amount of approved dividends in the last 3 closed business years DOES NOT exceed 50% of the sum of taxed profits from those years and retained earnings from the last business year before those three years
- the implementation site has been registered for at least one year
Companies that have already received funding under the calls with the codes DIMOP_Plusz-1.1.2.A, DIMOP_Plusz-1.1.2.C, or 2024-1.1.1-KKV_FÓKUSZ are not eligible to apply. Additionally, companies submitting a funding application under this call with the same professional and/or financial content as their application for the GINOP Plusz-2.1.1-24 call will also be ineligible.
The submission of support applications will take place from April 4 to May 6, 2025. A project can receive a minimum of 50 million and a maximum of 250 million forints in funding. The submission of applications is preceded by obtaining an R&D certification, which takes at least 2-3 months.
